  • API that converts a webpage URL into Markdown or plain text
  • Accepts a webpage URL and an optional flag to include page metadata (default off)
  • Option to request plain text or Markdown output (Markdown is the default)
  • Responses include a success or error status and the converted content
  • When metadata is requested, returns title, byline, excerpt, site name, length, text direction, and URL
  • Lightweight health URL added that returns a simple JSON status and requires no authentication
